Glass & enamel

The silky surface of glass or enamel offer an alluring experience, particularly smooth to the touch. In addition, the transparency of glass visually plays with the perception of mass and materiality. The glass is either cast, sculpted or mouth-blown, always bringing out intriguing, sometimes even surprising, colours and depth. The enamel surface on a metal structure is heated up to temperatures between 800 and 1600 degrees. With endless glaze possibilities the traditional enamel technics give room for innovation and exciting new discoveries.
